I found this recipe in a newspaper when I was little. It is from the Bryan House, Two Harbors, Minnesota. Ingredients:

                                                1/2 cup flour |
                                                2 eggs |
                                                1/2 cup milk |
                                                1 pinch nutmeg |
                                                1/4 cup butter |
                                                2 tablespoons sugar |

                    Directions:

                                1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. In a 9-inch pie pan, melt butter. 3. Combine milk, flour, eggs, and nutmeg-leave a little lumpy. 4. Pour into the buttered pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. 5. When baked, put on a plate, drizzle with remaining butter from the pan, and sprinkle with sugar. 6. Enjoy! |
