Dutch style pancakes Ingredients:
3 eggs |
250ml milk |
1 1/2 cups of flour |
a pinch of salt |
butter to grease frying pan |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in the blender but the butter 2. Heat a frying pan, grease it with butter 3. Pour some of the mik and spread moving the pan in a circular movement 4. At this point you can add savory ingredients like bacon, cheese, ham if you like 5. Wait untin the top site is almost dry and turn it 6. Grease the pan again for every new pancake 7. After done one can sprinkle with sugar, sirup, eat with icecream and strawberries, cherries, blueberries or anything your imagination allows |
