I've been making these since I was about 10-they're fool proof!!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup milk, any kind, i always use 1 |
2 eggs |
6 tablespoons butter, about |
powdered sugar (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Beat eggs and milk together. 3. Add flour. 4. Melt 1 pad of butter in each muffin tin. 5. DO NOT BURN BUTTER! 6. Pour batter into muffin tin, about 2/3 full. 7. Bake for 20 minutes. 8. For a sweet pannekoeken, spoon powdered sugar onto pannekoeken. 9. *For extra crispiness, I put the cooked panekoekens in the broiler for 2-3 minutes*. |
