Ingredients:
2/3 cup(s) panko bread crumbs |
2 tablespoon(s) parsley |
dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon(s) lemon zest |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix everything but mustard. Spread mustard on top of salmon after sprinkling with salt and pepper. Spoon on the mix and press down lightly. Let rest in refrigerator. Take 2 tbsp canola oil and put in hot skillet, add salmon skin side down and sear for 3-4 min. Then take skillet and put in oven at 425 for 5-7 min. 2. Serve with french lentils. |
