If you have extra-ripe pineapple (and mango)to use in a smoothie, this one's for you! It would also be yummy with frozen fruit. Ingredients:
1/4 pineapple, chopped |
1/2 mango, peeled and cut away from the stone |
1/3-1/2 cup strawberry |
1/3 cup soymilk or 1/3 cup yogurt |
1 small banana |
Directions:
1. Blend all till smooth and enjoy! |
