THIS DISH IS SO SIMPLE TO PREPARE GOES PERFECTLY WITH PLAIN RICE OR POLENTA. Ingredients:
300 grms mackerel fillet or fish fillet(cut into 2cm cubes) |
50 grms onion cut into pieces |
50grms green bellpepper( cut into cubes) |
50 grm red bellpepper cut into cubes |
50 grms button mushrooms |
oil fopr brushing |
marinade |
4tbspoon leekumkee hoisen sauce |
2 tbspoon peanut butter |
3 tbspoon oil |
hot pepper powder, garlic powder (optional) |
Directions:
1. 1) marinate mackerel fillet for 30 m,inutes 2. 2) alternate fish, greenbellpepper, redbellpepper, buttonmushrooms and onion on skewers. bake in 200C degrees preheated oven for 15 minutes or tuill done. 3. 3) turn every 5 minutes and brush with oil 4. SO ENJOY EATING UR SIMPLE MACKEREL KEBABS |
