Paneeer Pcs marinated in mint , corriander paste tossed in onions. Ingredients:
3 cups panir |
1 cup sliced onion |
1/4 cup milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon oil |
2 cups chopped fresh coriander |
1/2 cup mint, chopped |
2 -3 green chilies |
1/4 cup cashews, broken |
1/4 cup fresh curds |
1 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Pierce paneer pcs with fork 2. Marinate them in paste made for at least 15-20 minute. 3. Heat the butter in oil and saute onions until translucent. 4. Add marinated paneer and saute for 7-10 minute 5. Add the milk and simmer until milk evaporates. Sprinkle garam masala and serve. |
