This dish is very healthy n tasty. Goes well with chapathi also goes well with plain bread r bun. Ingredients:
250 gms fresh paneer (cut into small cubes) |
100 gms cashew nuts (fine paste) |
1 onion (puree) |
2 tomatoes (puree) |
salt to taste |
1 tsp chilly powder |
1/2 tsp turmeric powder |
1/2 tsp garam masala |
3 tsp butter |
Directions:
1. Fry paneer cubes in butter n keep it aside 2. Heat butter in a pan 3. Add onion puree n stir fry 4. Add tomato puree n stir 5. Add salt, chilly powder,turmeric powder n garam masala 6. Now add the fried paneer n mix it 7. Add water as required 8. Cook covered for 15 mts. |
