It is a very tasty dish-can be served anytime, and quick to make. I had this in at a friends place loved it so much that I had to take the recipe. Hope you all like it too. Ingredients:
150 g panir (grated) |
50 g onions (finely sliced) |
50 g tomatoes (finely chopped) |
1 teaspoon turmeric powder |
1 teaspoon cumin powder |
1 teaspoon coriander powder |
1 teaspoon red chili powder |
3 teaspoons fresh cream |
1 tablespoon butter |
salt |
1 tablespoon raisins |
2 tablespoons of chopped cashews |
1/4 cup cilantro leaf, chopped |
Directions:
1. Saute onions and tomatoes till they turn brown. 2. Add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder,red chili powder and salt. 3. Add the paneer and stir fry for a minute. 4. Garnish with 1 tsp cream, finely chopped cashew nuts, raisins and finely chopped cilantro leaves. 5. Enjoy. |
