4 lbs pork chops |
2 (6 ounce) packages rice noodles |
16 ounces frozen green beans |
1 small onion, diced |
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 -3 stalks celery, diced |
8 green onions |
4 ounces carrots, shredded |
1 small cabbage, shredded |
1 tablespoon oil |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Boil pork chops for 30-45 minutes. 2. Let pork chops cool and pull apart into bite size pieces. Remove the fat. 3. Reserve broth. 4. Soak rice noodles in cold water for 10-15 min until soft. 5. Heat oil and saute onions and garlic until soft. 6. Add celery and carrots continue stir frying for 2-3 minutes. 7. Add cabbage and stir fry for about 5 minutes more. 8. Add green beans and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 9. Add about 1/4 c broth and 1/4 c soy sauce and bring to a boil. 10. Pull noodles apart with hands to make in closer to bite size pieces before draining. 11. Add 1/4 c broth, if needed. 12. Add noodles and mix together. 13. Serve immediately. |
