Low calorie version of the great taco dressing served at Pancho's restaurants in Memphis, Tennessee. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon vegetable broth |
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard |
1/2 cup splenda no calorie sweetener |
1/3 cup white vinegar |
1 teaspoon oregano |
4 green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix water, broth powder and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Place along with remaining ingredients in a blender (or use immersion hand blender) and liquefy. |
