Pancetta-wrapped Sausages |

A filling finger food for cold weather. Ingredients:
50 cocktail sausages or chipotlas |
50 very thin slices of pancetta |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°. 2. Wrap each sausage ith a piece of pancetta. 3. Spoon the oil into a roasting pan and arrange the sausages on top. 4. Roast for 35-45 minutes until the pancetta is crisp and the sausages within are cooked through. 5. Transfer to some paper towels to allow for draining. 6. Serve warm. |
