Pancakes Made With Bread Crumbs |

These pancakes are very different. They are light and yummy and taste somewhat like French toast. Remember, you must use fresh bread crumbs. Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs |
2 cups buttermilk or soured milk |
1 cup flour |
1-1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 teaspoon baking soda, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water |
Directions:
