Pancakes Made Easy

This is my own personal recipe for makeing the best tasting pancakes ever. They are also home made.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain flour
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar (white or brown will do)
1 egg
1 cup milk
20 g butter or 20 g margarine, to melt
little extra butter (for cooking) or margarine (for cooking)
Directions:
1. Measure Flour into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
2. Crack the egg into a different bowl and whisk well. When whisked, add the milk.
3. Place 20g of butter of margarine in a bowl and melt in the microwave. Now add the melted butter to the pancake mixture.
4. Add some non-melted butter to a frypan and heat.
5. Pour some batter into the pan. Cook for 45 seconds, then flip it. Cook on the other side for another 45 seconds.
6. Put onto a plate and ENJOY!
