Buttermilk pancakes from scratch.
Ingredients:
2 cup white whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 large egg, whole
2 cup whole milk
1 tbsp lemon juice, canned or bottled
1 tsp salt, table
2 tbsp vegetable oil
7.5 tsp sugars, granulated
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Add lemon juice to milk and allow to sit for 1 minute. Whisk 1 large egg. Combine wet ingredients and mix. Pour dry ingredients in to wet ingredients and mix until wet.
