Makes 6 large pancakes or 9/10 silver-dollar size. Ingredients:
120 g (1 cup) bob's red mill low-carb baking mix |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1 packet splenda no-calorie |
2 eggs |
1 t omega cooking and salad oil |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
6 oz milk, 2 |
Directions:
1. Whisk together dry ingredients, then wet, then combine. Makes scant 1/4 cup per pancake on oil-sprayed hot skillet or griddle. |
