Easy pancakes made from scratch. You can make interesting shapes for the kids, top with fruit fillings, whipped cream, or just plain old pancake syrup and butter. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 cup buttermilk |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 cup flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients. 2. Brush griddle lightly with oil and heat. 3. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot griddle. 4. When the pancake bubbles, flip it over. 5. Cook the other side until lightly browned. |
