Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
3 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 eggs |
1 cup(s) milk |
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Sift together the dry ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl, mix together the egg, milk, and oil. Add the egg mix to the dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Do not stir too much. Heat griddle or frying pan to medium high. Spray with Pam and cook pancakes until edges are brown and flip and cook until done. |
