this is the recipe my aunty taught me! Ingredients:
2 cups of plain flour |
1 cup of white sugar |
1 teaspoon of baking powder |
50-100 grams of butter |
2 eggs |
3 1/2 cups of milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla esscence |
optional |
maple syrup |
choc chips |
berries |
Directions:
1. 1. sift the flour and baking powder together 2. 2.add sugar and stir together 3. 3.Melt Butter in A seperate bowl 4. 4.pour into dry ingriedients with milk and vanilla esscence and choc chips/berries if chosen. 5. 5.when all is mixed, add the 2 eggs to combine 6. 6 cook about a small ladel full at a time on a mediam heat 7. 7.when bubbles have risen to the top of pancake flip let it cook for about 2 minutes on the other side. 8. 8. place on plate serve with your favourite toppings! |
