who can resist a stack of these fluffy pancakes in the morning? Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
2 tablespoons melted &cooled butter |
1 large egg |
1 cup whole milk |
oil for frying |
Directions:
1. place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir together. 2. add all the wet ingredients together over the dry mixture and mix until batter forms. 3. lightly brush the pan with vegetable oil and drop 1/2 cup ladles of the batter into the pan. cook about one minute then flip and cook another minute. 4. serve with honey or maple syrup and butter. |
