This recipe makes 4 huge, but thin pancakes. I found this recipe at Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/3 cup bisquick |
1 scoop protein powder |
4 ounces milk |
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (1 splenda packet) |
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt |
4 tablespoons of strawberry sugar free preserves |
Directions:
1. Mix together bisquick, protein powder, milk, and Splenda. 2. Pour a small amount onto griddle. Fry until golden 3-4 minutes per side. 3. Top pancakes with topping and spread it over each one. |
