pancakes Ingredients:
1 cup of flour |
1 cup of milk |
1 egg |
1 tbsp of sugar |
1/2 tbsp of baking powder |
1/2 tsp of salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in mixer. 2. Heat medium size pan and lightly coat with oil or cooking spray. 3. Pour batter in the center of pan and spread by tilting the pan around to create a larger pan cake. 4. Mixture will begin forming bubbles on top. 5. Turn when edges of pancake become golden and surface is semi dry. 6. After flipping the pancake, cook for a few more seconds and remove. 7. Serve with jam, honey, maple syrup or favorite topping. |
