Ingredients:
150 g self raising flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt
150 ml milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Add together all the dry ingredients to a bowl.
2. Whisk the eggs and add the eggs the same time you add the milk. Don't stir a lot , just lightly until have lumps in it.
3. Heat a frying pan with oil, spray or butter.
4. Add the contents in dollops.
5. Turn over and walla!
