lovely Ingredients:
150 g self raising flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 pinch salt |
150 ml milk |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Add together all the dry ingredients to a bowl. 2. Whisk the eggs and add the eggs the same time you add the milk. Don't stir a lot , just lightly until have lumps in it. 3. Heat a frying pan with oil, spray or butter. 4. Add the contents in dollops. 5. Turn over and walla! |
