A delicious pancake great for breakfast or dinner Ingredients:
2 cups sifted flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Sift flour, soda, salt and sugar together, set aside. Beat eggs until light, add to flour mix. Add milk and yogurt. Beat until smooth and free of lumps. Pour desired sized cake onto hot griddle, and cook until brown underneith, flip. and brown other side. |
