I wanted to attempt to make a cookie that tastes just like a delicious stack of pancakes - and succeeded! Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup maple flavored agave |
1 cup butter |
3 eggs |
1 tablespoon maple extract |
1 tablespoon butter flavor extract |
2 tablespoons baking soda |
2 tablespoons cream of tartar |
3 3/4 cups flour |
1 tablespoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cream the butter, sugar, and agave in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs one a time and mix thoroughly. Stir in extracts. 3. Sift together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Add to sugar mixture and mix well. 4. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepped cookie sheet - I like to use parchment paper. 5. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350°F. |
