A simple traditional recipe Ingredients:
4 oz flour |
2 eggs |
7 ozs milk |
3 ozs water |
1 pinch of salt |
1 cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Sieve the flour into a bowl and add the salt. 2. Make a well in the centre of the flour and gradually beat in the eggs 3. Mix the milk and water together and beat that in until you have a smooth batter. Set aside for half an hour 4. Heat a wide non-stick pan and spray with a little cooking spray 5. Using a small ladle, add some batter to the pan, tipping it around to create a thin layer 6. When the batter has set, flip or toss the pancake over and cook the other side. |
