Thai Curry Chicken Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. chicken |
1/4 onion |
16 oz. coconut milk |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
3 red peppers |
3 green peppers |
2 carrot |
Directions:
1. Saute onion with curry. 2. Sear chicken. 3. Add coconut milk, broth and vegetables. 4. Serve with some white rice. |
