Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
dash of pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon light butter
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Add oil and butter to a large nonstick skillet; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add salmon, and cook 6 minutes, turning and browning evenly on all sides. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or just until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
