Pan-Seared Flat Iron Steaks |

Ingredients:
4 (6- to 8-oz.) flat iron steaks |
1 tablespoon dried italian seasoning |
2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Trim steaks, if necessary. Combine Italian seasoning and next 4 ingredients; rub over steaks. 2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add steaks, and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes. |
