Quick & easy Ingredients:
10 ounces tuna steaks (2 5oz each) |
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt |
1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper |
3/4 teaspoon olive oil |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Season steaks with salt, pepper, & lemon juice. 2. Drizzle with olive oil. 3. Place non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna & lower heat. 4. Cook 4-5 minutes until well browned on one side. 5. Turn over & cook 2-3 minutes more. |
