Pan-Grilled Grouper Fillets |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound(s) fresh grouper fillet |
1/4 cup(s) minced shallots |
1 cup(s) salsa |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat cast iron skillet or grill pan on a hot grill. 2. Mix shallots, salsa, olive oil and lime juice in a small glass bowl. 3. Lightly coat the grouper fillets with olive oil. Place the grouper fillets in the hot grill pan for 4 minutes. 4. Spoon the shallot salsa mixture over the grouper fillets. 5. Continue grilling the grouper fillets for approximately 6 to 8 minutes until internal temperature reached 145 degrees or the fillets flake easily. |
