Ingredients:
cooking spray |
4 ears shucked corn |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder |
1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add corn to pan; cook 8 minutes, turning frequently. 2. Place butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until butter melts. Stir in chile powder, rind, pepper, and salt. Brush butter mixture over corn. |
