Pan Glazed Chicken With Wild Rice |

Honey and balsomic vinegar gives a great taste to this tangy chicken stovetop supper. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package instant long grain and wild rice blend |
4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons balsomic vinegar |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 teaspoons dried basil |
Directions:
1. Prepare rice according to package directions. 2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. 3. In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees. 4. Combine the vinegar, honey, and basil and pour over chicken. 5. Cook 1-2 minutes longer or until sauce is heated through. 6. Serve with rice. |
