Pan Glazed Balsamic Honey Chicken with Basil |

Ingredients:
16 oz chicken breast halves |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken, and onion, cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned. 2. While chicken is cooking, mix together vinegar, honey and basil. Turn chicken and cook 6 minutes or until chicken is done.
