great side for steak Ingredients:
1 pound fresh greenbeans |
3tablespoons light soy sauce |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon white sugar |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
Directions:
1. place beans in pot and bring to boil 2. cover and cook 5 minutes 3. In small bowl mix soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar 4. Heat oil in skillet 5. add garlic and cook until brown 6. add beans and stir to coat with the oil and garlic 7. stir in soy sauce mixture and simmer for about 2-3 minutes uncovered to reduce the sauce 8. transfer to serving dish 9. ENJOY!!! |
