12 medium mushrooms |
1/4 lb thick slab bacon, cut into 12 pieces |
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Put the oil in a skillet and turn the heat to medium-high. 2. A minute later add the mushrooms and bacon and cook, stirring occasionally, until the bacon is crisp and the mushrooms browned and tender, about 10 minutes. |
