Pam's Yummy Charbroiled Chicken

Ingredients:
4 whole(s) chicken breasts cleaned
3 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
2 cup(s) seasoned bread crumps
1 cup(s) fat free milk
1 egg
1 cup(s) barbecue sauce
1/4 cup(s) frank's hot sauce less if you don't like spicey
4 tablespoon(s) brummel butter or other butter substitute melted
Directions:
1. Preheat grill and spray racks with non-stick spray. In a large non-stick pan, put in olive oil. Beat egg and milk together in shallow dish. Put bread crumbs in another dish. Dip chicken breast in egg mixture then in bread crumbs. Place chicken in pan and cook till brown on both sides. Remove chicken from pan and place on hot grill. Meanwhile, whisk carefully the barbeque, hot sauce and butter together. When you have grill marks on both sides of the chicken, liberally spread with a basting brush, the chicken with the sauce and grill again on both sides. Serve warm with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
