Pam's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
2 eggs (beaten)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon ginger
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients with the beaten eggs and evaporated milk.
2. Add pumpkin and mix well.
3. Fill a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake for 10 minutes at 450.
4. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
5. Pie is done when a silver knife inserted half way between center and edge comes out clean.
6. Note: If you buy a pre-made crust make sure it's a deep one or you'll wind up with left-over pumpkin mix.
