Ingredients:
3 pound(s) burger/venison
1 lg can chili hot or mild beans
30 ounce(s) can red beans(optional)
15 ounce(s) can tomato sauce
28 ounce(s) can tomatoes-chopped
2 package(s) cincinnati chili seasoning packets
3-5 tablespoon(s) cooking oil
1 lg green pepper-chopped
1 lg onion-chopped
Directions:
1. Saute onion and green pepper in cooking oil. Brown burger or venison in same pot. Add chili seasoning packets and let soak for awhile. Add other ingredients and cook well for 15 minutes then simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring often. You can add a little spaghetti into the pot, too. Good with cheese and cornbread. Add chili powder for hot chili. For taco salad, pour chili over lettuce, add cheese and doritos. Freezes well.
