Delicious light lunch
Ingredients:
1 cup salad greens (packaged type)
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
3 ounces deli chicken, torn
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
3 large strawberries
pepper
1 glass white wine
Directions:
1. On a luncheon plate place salad greens, top with torn chicken cold cuts and sliced egg, gently mix, grind pepper over.
2. Place sliced kiwi around edge of plate; place strawberries around other side edge of plate.
3. Pour yourself a glass of nice crisp wine and enjoy your lunch!
