Delicious light lunch Ingredients:
1 cup salad greens (packaged type) |
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced |
3 ounces deli chicken, torn |
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced |
3 large strawberries |
pepper |
1 glass white wine |
Directions:
1. On a luncheon plate place salad greens, top with torn chicken cold cuts and sliced egg, gently mix, grind pepper over. 2. Place sliced kiwi around edge of plate; place strawberries around other side edge of plate. 3. Pour yourself a glass of nice crisp wine and enjoy your lunch! |
