Pamelas Asian Inspired Noodle Soup

Delicious, healthy soup the family will love! I created this while trying to use up ingredients and leftovers in my fridge. My two year old loved it!
Ingredients:
veggie oil
dark sesame oil, (about 1 tsp)
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
3 green onions, white and green parts, chopped
3 cloved garlic, minced
pinch of ground ginger
pinch kosher salt
1 1/2 cups chicken broth or stock
whole wheat spaghetti
(left over) asian grilled pork tenderloin, cut into small pieces (just about any of your left over meat would work, or a rotisserie chicken)
small handful fresh basil, torn into small pieces
Directions:
1. Heat oils in a pot
2. add peppers, onions and garlic
3. Add ginger, and salt
4. simmer until veggies are soft
5. Add broth and bring to a boil
6. add spaghetti and cook until tender
7. Turn down heat to simmer
8. Add pork, and cook just until warmed through
9. Add basil and stir
10. Enjoy!
