paleo friendly truffle, two walnut sized small balls Ingredients:
2 tbsp cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened |
30 grams pure |
1/2 tsp pure raw honey |
13 grams whey to go whey protein powder |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
4 almond almonds |
1/2 tsp nestle's instant coffee (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix well 2. Form into balls 3. Lick every thing clean before eating the treats 4. Second batch - Experiment with your own favorite flavors of minced nuts, peanut butter, unsweetened shredded coconut 5. May omit whey if none available 6. Maple syrup may be subsituted for honey or honey may be omitted if you like very dark chocolate 7. The coconut milk should be the kind that is solid, pure coconut in the can such as Thai style. If it is not solid, put it in the refrigerator to solidify. 8. Roll in coconut, chopped nuts or cocoa if you want to make it pretty (and can wait long enough to eat them). |
