4 organic carrots, peeled and shredded |
1/4 cup dried dates |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 large lemon, juice of |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1 teaspoon paprika |
coriander (to garnish) |
Directions:
