A great way to add a healthy fat and frosting to a dessert. For a thicker frosting, cool in refrigerator. Ingredients:
2 avocados, peeled and pitted |
1/2 cup cocoa powder |
1/2 cup honey |
2 tablespoons coconut oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Blend avocados, cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt together in a food processor until smooth. |
