Ingredients:
5 egg yolks |
1/2 cup pale ale |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Whisk yolks, ale, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl. Over a double boiler, whisk and cook the mixture over simmering water until thick. Chill and then serve. 2.
