Add the paneer separately at the end. Ingredients:
20 oz (2 packages) frozen spinach 11464 |
50 g onion, finely chopped |
1 1/2 cup plain yogurt 88705 |
2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped |
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
2 tsp cumin |
1 tsp ground coriander |
1 tsp ground turmeric |
15 g small green chilis 11670 |
1 tsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Defrost spinach, puree with yogurt. 2. Saute onion, garlic, chilis and ginger in oil until onion browns. 3. Add cumin, coriander, turmeric. Stir five minutes. 4. Stir in spinach mix. 5. Simmer 15-30 minutes. 6. Season with salt. Stir in cubes of paneer if desired. (Nutritional analysis doesn't include paneer). |
