chilled tasty raita
Ingredients:
500 g yoghurt
500 g spinach, blanched and chopped (palak)
salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds (rai)
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoons green coriander (to garnish)
Directions:
1. whisk yoghurt to obtain a smooth consistency.
2. mix palak, salt, garlic, ginger, black pepper and mustard seeds.
3. transfer onto serving bowl garnish with red chili powder and green coriander.
4. serve chiiled.
