chilled tasty raita Ingredients:
500 g yoghurt |
500 g spinach, blanched and chopped (palak) |
salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste |
1 teaspoon ginger paste |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds (rai) |
1 teaspoon red chili powder |
2 tablespoons green coriander (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. whisk yoghurt to obtain a smooth consistency. 2. mix palak, salt, garlic, ginger, black pepper and mustard seeds. 3. transfer onto serving bowl garnish with red chili powder and green coriander. 4. serve chiiled. |
