1 cup(s) chopped onion
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 pound(s) ground beef
Directions:
1. Saute first 3 in skillet. Then add beef and brown well. Stir in:
2. Tbl Curry Powder
3. /2 tsp Salt
4. dash of Pepper, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Tumeric
5. cups or 1 can diced tomatoes
6. Potatoes, diced
7. cups frozen peas or green beans.
8. Cover and simmer 25 min until potatoes are cooked. Server over rice.
