Serve this instead of French toast.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
3/4 c milk
1/4 c dry sherry
8 pieces thick sliced white bread (or french bread)
Directions:
1. Blend together the eggs, salt and sugar
2. Blend in the milk and sherry thoroughly
3. Dip and soak each piece of bread, and make as you would make french toast, frying on the grill in butter.
