Delicious salsa for serving over quick cooked thin steaks such as veal, chicken, pork, lamb or fish.
Ingredients:
1 cup flat leaf parsley
2 tablespoons basil leaves
1 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoons capers
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into mini blender and pulse until mixed. Serve over your choice of meat.
