Delicious salsa for serving over quick cooked thin steaks such as veal, chicken, pork, lamb or fish. Ingredients:
1 cup flat leaf parsley |
2 tablespoons basil leaves |
1 tablespoon garlic |
2 tablespoons capers |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into mini blender and pulse until mixed. Serve over your choice of meat. |
